If you've ever had occasion to call us, you know that during regular business hours, our phones are always - always - answered by a human. Automated answering, voice mail, music on hold - or worse - advertising on hold, is annoying. Being forced to listen through endless automated messages and pressing menu options again and again is annoying and time-wasting. Messages that tell us "...your call is important to us" are nonsense. If the call is important, answer it.
If you have ever had occasion to send us an e-mail, you know that we respond to you personally, and we do so as quickly as possible, sometimes within minutes of having received your message. Unfortunately, some merchants take days - if ever - to respond, only to tell you that "This is an automated response. Your message is important to us..."
Here at Mixed Media Muffins, we're not machines; we're people - just like you. If something annoys us, chances are it annoys you as well - so we just don't do it. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best service that we can offer. Not rhetoric - service. And the reason is quite simple - WE APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS! Maybe it's an old-fashioned value, but we believe that our customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. And since that's not something that a machine can do, we're just going to stick with the old way and provide you with personalized service.
